The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with EMF Telecom, Inc. located at 90 Parris Avenue, Nashville TN for tower engineering and services installation support. In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), vendors that feel they can meet the Government's requirements detailed above may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. The Government anticipates the award of a firm fixed price purchase order. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(2), the justification available upon request with regard to this notice. The acquisition will be conducted through the FAR Part 13 "Simplified Acquisition Procedures." The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 238210. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. The closing date for submitting a capability statement is June 16, 2025, at 10:00am Eastern Time. All submissions should be submitted electronically to Ramona.L.Hanson@dea.gov.
