    AMENDMENT *0001* 

    - The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to extend this RFQ end date to 16MAY2025. All other solicitation terms and details remain the same.

    • This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial SAP requirement prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
    • Solicitation number is N6264925QH025 and is being issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ).
    • This requirement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The associate NAICS code is 33999 - All Other Miscellaneous Manufacturing and the small business size standard is 550 employees.
    • See Attachment (a) – Pricing Sheet for a list of line item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure (including option(s), if applicable).
    • The Government requires a firm fixed price (FFP) type contract for the fabrication of weight test equipment, weight testing of fabricated equipment, and Non Destructive Tests on the welds in accordance with the applicable Test Loads Measures and inspection Diagrams. Reference NAVSEA DWG 709-5032448.
