You are invited to respond to this solicitation, N6833523R0057 (100% Small Business Set Aside), for the procurement of the Engine Test Instrument (ETI) Throttle in accordance with a Technical Data Package (TDP) to replace the legacy Throttle for ETI to support the following engine variants F414, F404, F405, T700, 427A, 425/427, and T-56-16. The ETI Throttle will be used by fleet personnel and operators to properly control and verify the performance of various engine variants. The Government anticipates the award of a Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract. The Government intends to award the contract to the lowest price technically acceptable proposal. Contractors must be registered in SAM.
