Reference for this action shall be Request for Proposal (RFP) W519TC-26-R-IA02. This notification has been posted for subcontracting purposes only. Please note: This notice does not constitute an RFP. Response to this announcement are not proposals and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. This is not a guarantee of a future RFP or an award. This notice should be construed as a commitment of any kind by the U.S. Government.
