DESCRIPTION:
Qualified Small U.S.-based organizations shall develop and execute a comprehensive training program to strengthen security measures at cultural heritage sites in Tashkent and Samarkand. The program will address challenges such as vandalism, looting, and illicit trafficking by equipping heritage site managers and law enforcement personnel with practical skills and tools. Additionally, the initiative will foster community engagement and public awareness to strengthen law enforcement and protect Uzbekistan’s cultural legacy.
All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. The Government plans to issue the solicitation on or about August 15, 2025.
Advance payments are not authorized.
Pursuant the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 4.1102(a) Offerors and quoters are required to be registered in SAM at the time an offer or quotation is submitted (accessed through www.sam.gov) .
Again, this solicitation will be issued via this website - no paper copies will be mailed.
The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.
