EOD COmbat Skills Course of Instruction (COI) for Center for Explosive Ordnance Disposal and Diving (CEODD). This was previously synopsized as a Sources Notice under N6883625R0003. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, tools, materials, supervision, and all other items required to include the non-personal services necessary to perform off site instructional support for Naval School Explosive Ordnance Disposal (NSEOD), located at 8840 Range Rd, Niceville, FL 32578 Eglin Air Force Base (AFB), as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS), except for those items specified as Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) and services. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. During the base period of the contract the objective will be to ensure that the contractor completes instructor qualification. These include High Risk Training (HRT) screening protocols, Curriculum Familiarization and Administrative Preparations for Pre-Pilot and Pilot execution, Special Qualifications and the correction of government identified discrepancies.
