The anticipated Period of Performance (PoP) is for one (1) 12-month period plus four (4) 12-month option periods from 12 Dec 2026 11 Dec 2031. The Government expects the vendor to be able to perform the requirements of this contract on 12 Dec 2026. (Optional) Phase-In Period, One (1) Month PoP from 12 Nov 2026 through 11 Dec 2026 is included, if needed, at no cost to the Government. The solicitation will result in a new Firm Fixed Price, non-personal contract awarded to the offeror that represents the best value for the USAF Expeditionary Center and the Government. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611699, All Other Miscellaneous Schools and Instruction, with a small business size standard of $16.5 million. Upon release to the public, the Request for Proposal (RFP) solicitation, as well as any amendments, will be available at the Government Point of Entry (GPE) at SAM.gov https://sam.gov/. The solicitation will specify the actual date and time for receipt of proposals. The solicitation, as well as any amendments, must be downloaded from SAM.gov. This will be an all-electronic solicitation release. Hard copies are not available. In accordance with RFO provision 52.204-7, all contractors doing business with the Department of Defense shall have an active registration in the System for Award Management database at https://sam.gov. Please note that the solicitation response date will be noted in the actual solicitation when posted.
