SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE: Fieldcraft Training for the USAF EOS at JB MDL, NJ

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY – This Sources Sought Notice & Request for Industry comment is issued solely for information and planning purposes and shall not be construed as a solicitation or obligation on the part of the Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey (JB MDL). This notice is intended strictly for the Government to conduct market research.

The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice & Request for Industry comment is to identify interested parties and their capability of potential qualified firms relative to the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) 611699 – All Other Miscellaneous Schools and Instruction and to allow industry to comment on the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Vendors are reminded that only Contracting Officers are authorized to commit the government to the obligation of funds. At this time no solicitation exists, therefore, do not request a copy of the solicitation.

JB-MDL is seeking information and interested sources for instructors and course support. It is envisioned that the contractor will furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and any other items necessary to provide instructors and course support in accordance with the attached draft PWS.

Responses are to be submitted no later than May 23, 2025 at 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.

Interested parties shall furnish the following minimum information:

1. Company name and address.

2. Company point of contact name, telephone number and email address.

3. Company business size and status, the number of years in business, affiliate information: parent      company, joint venture partners, potential teaming partners.

4. If the company holds a Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) Contract, please list the GSA Contract Number and relevant SINS.

5. A capabilities statement outlining how the company has the necessary capabilities to provide Fieldcraft services.

6. Any comments to the attached DRAFT performance work statement
