EROS MAIL ROOM, COPY CENTER, & WAREHOUSE LOGISTICS

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial products or commercial service prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number 140G0126Q0153 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Mail Room, Copy Center, and Warehouse Logistics services.

This acquisition is set-aside for Women-Owned Small Businesses. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.


The Department of the Interior, U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) is requesting discounted open-market firm-fixed price quotation packages for onsite mail room, copy center, and warehouse logistics services for the Earth Resources Observation and Science Center (EROS) in accordance with the Performance Work Statement located in the RFQ, to be delivered to Sioux Falls, SD for the following performance period:

Base Period: 09/01/2026 - 08/31/2027
Option Period 1: 09/01/2027 - 08/31/2028
Option Period 2: 09/01/2028 - 08/31/2029
Option Period 3: 09/01/2029 - 08/31/2030
Option Period 4: 09/01/2030 - 08/31/2031


In accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 5.101(c)(4)(vi), all responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The Government intends to award a competitive purchase order in accordance with RFO 12.201-1 Simplified Procedures.

All questions shall be submitted via email to the Contracting Officer, Tricia Rampersad at trampersad@ios.doi.gov no later than 02:00 PM EDT, Tuesday, July 7, 2026.

Quotation packages are due via email to the Contracting Officer, Tricia Rampersad, at trampersad@ios.doi.gov no later than 02:00 PM EDT, Tuesday, July 14, 2026.

The anticipated award date of the contract is August 1, 2026. A vendor must be registered at https://www.sam.gov to be awarded the purchase order.
