ESINET AND NG911 ROUTING SYSTEM

Special Notice of Intent to Sole Source:

The MCIEast Cherry Point Satellite Contracting Office, Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS), Cherry Point, NC 28533, hereby gives notice of their intent to award a purchase order to AT&T, Inc., on a sole source basis in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart FAR 6.302-1, only one source reasonably available and no other supplies will satisfy agency requirements.

This procurement is to provide ESInet and NG911 Core Routing Services. The applicable NAICS for this requirement is 517111 per the Performance Work Statement. AT&T, Inc., is the sole provider of the requested supplies. Therefore, the government intends to procure this supply on a sole source basis from AT&T, Inc.

THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which, if received within four (4) calendar days after the date of the publication of this notice will be considered. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses received as a result of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
