A request for documentation will not be considered as an afffirmative respone. if no responses are received within fifteen (15) calendar days after publication fo this notice, to the effect that comparable itmes are available, and why that it is more advantagesous to the Government that obtainingt this service through a sole-source contract, then a sole -source contract will the made. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is entirely at the discretion of the Government
Information received a a result of this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determning whether to conduct a compettitive procurement and will be at the sole discretion of the Contracting Officer. If no written responses are received by 12:00 p.m. 31 July 2026, the contract will be solicited without further notice.
