ESTIMATES TO DELIVER AND INSTALL A TEMPORARY FURNITURE WALL TO ENCLOSE THE 461ST ACNS CONFERENCE ROOM

Overview:
This is not a solicitation, but rather a Request for Information (RFI)/Sources sought, to determine potential sources and estimates for information and planning purposes ONLY. This request describes the Government’s requirement for a site survey and installation quote estimate to determine potential sources for information and planning purposes ONLY. The Government is looking for a company/ contractor that can meet the requirements for to delivery and install a temporary furniture wall to enclose the 461st  ACNS conference room, located on Robins Air Force Base. The temporary wall is required to provide a functional and adaptable enclosure for the conference room. The Government will require installation and the following dimensions and materials as follows:

Dimensions:
-Length: 32 feet
-Width: 5 feet 11 and ¼ inches
-Height: 119.5”

Materials:
-No specific material type
-Walls needs to be rated to at least STC 35 to reduce sound transmission
-Wall needs two entry doors (as shown in diagram attached)
-Windowpanes at the top on the wall to allow additional light to pass through

Installation:
-Must provide installation service
-Must be able to begin installation within 90 days

Please refer to the attached SOW for further details. This request does not constitute a Request for Quotation (RFQ), Request for Proposal (RFP) or an Invitation for Bid (IFB), nor does this issuance restrict the Government's acquisition approach.
There is no solicitation available at this time. Contractor proposals will receive no response. Your response to this RFI will be treated as information only and shall not be used as a proposal. Contractors and/or Institutions responding to this RFI are placed on notice that participation may not ensure participation in future solicitations or contract awards. The Government will neither award a contract solely on the basis of this synopsis nor will it reimburse the contractor for any costs associated with preparing or submitting a response to this notice. All estimate submissions become Government property and will not be returned.
