ETHERNET SERVICES

The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center San Diego intends to issue a Sole Source order in accordance with FAR Part 12 and Part 13 to AT&T of California 430 Bush St. San Francisco, CA  94108.

The proposed contract is to procure the following:

 Statement of Work

DBIDS connection up at the Annex Gate in Monterey, Ethernet line.

1) From the guard shack to building 704 server room rack.

2) From the rack in building 704 to building 702 Telco room rack.

3) From the Telco Rack to the AT&T ethernet circuit.

4) From the AT&T circuit to NPS Telco room 28 in building 220, 1 University Circle

5) From the Telco room in room 28, routed to room 27A, PSNET POP

The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302.

     Bandwidth: 10MB; Handoff: Optical SMF.  Quantity: 1 each

3. Service Address: 7 Grace Hopper Ave, CA 93943; Service: ASEoD; Service Element:  Port 

     Bandwidth: 100MB; Handoff: Optical SMF.  Quantity: 1 each

4.  Service Address: 7 Grace Hopper Ave, Monterey, CA 93943; Service: ASEoD; Service Element: Committed Information Rate

     Bandwidth: 10MB; Handoff: Optical SMF.  Quantity: 1 each

THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES.

A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.  Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurement.

No written solicitation document is available, interested parties shall submit information that indicates their ability to satisfy this requirement.
