The purpose of the attached Request for Proposal (RFP) is to acquire support from a contractor(s) with a nationwide program to transport, store, and/or dispose of property in the custody of the U.S. Government. Services will be performed by a contractor(s) and subcontractors in the United States and its territories and protectorates, including, but not limited to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, and American Samoa. The Associated North America Industry Classification Code (NAICS) 493110, General Warehousing and Storage. The anticipated period of performance will be five (5) years inclusive of a one (1) year base period and four (4) one year option periods). The DOT anticipates the award of a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) from this RFP. Questions relative to the RFP should be directed to Courtney Smith and Robin Golden via email by no later than Monday, May 5, 2025 at 12:00 Noon Eastern Time. All responses to questions will be posted via SAM.GOV no later than Wednesday, May 14, 2025 by Noon Eastern Time. Submissions are due no later than Thursday, June 5, 2025 at 12:00 Noon Eastern Time via email to Courtney.Smith.ctr@dot.gov with a courtesy copy to Robin.Golden@dot.gov.
