The solicitation is a Total Small Business set aside. A bid guarantee of 20 percent of the bid price or $3 million, whichever is less, must be submitted with any bid. In accordance with FAR 36.204, the estimated magnitude of the project is between $1,000,000 through $5,000,000. A firm fixed price construction contract is anticipated.
