Total Small Business set-aside.
Place of Performance: Center Township, Morgan County, Ohio
The North American Industrial Classification System code is 237990, which has a size standard of $45 million. A firm fixed-price contract is anticipated under simplified acquisition procedures FAR Part 13. The contract is anticipated to be awarded in September 2025. To be eligible for contract award, a firm must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Register via the SAM Internet site at https://www.sam.gov/. No state level certifications will be accepted.
PROJECT INFORMATION:  The estimated magnitude for this contract is between $100,000 and $250,000. The project requests streambank stabilization measures along Spook Hallow Road within Center Township, Morgan County, Ohio. The stabilization will consist of Rock Riprap and Gabion Baskets. The estimated solicitation issue date for 12FPC325Q0037 is July 2025. Proposals are anticipated to be due approximately 30 days from issuance of the solicitation. A site visit will be held on (TBD)
