EWP STREAMBANK STABILIZATION KANAWHA COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA

This announcement is to provide Emergency Watershed Protection (EWP) - Kanawha County Streambank Stabilization Project, West Virginia.
The work consists of restoring and stabilization of the Two and Three Quarter Mile Creek in Kanawha County, West Virginia. Including the removal and disposal of trees, logs, stumps, shrubs, brush, and rubbish and the shaping of the channel, erosion control, the construction of rock riprap revetments and blankets, and furnishing, assembling, and installing rock-filled wire-mesh gabions and gabion mattresses. Among other things listed in the specifications.
Total Small Business set-aside.
A bid guarantee of 20 percent of the bid price or $3 million, whichever is less, must be submitted with any bid. 
In accordance with FAR 36.204, the estimated magnitude of the project is between $250,000 through $500,000.
Place of Performance: Kanawha County, West Virginia 
The North American Industrial Classification System code is 237990, which has a size standard of $45 million.
A firm fixed-price contract is anticipated under Sealed Bidding procedures FAR Part 14.
To be eligible for contract award, a firm must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Register via the SAM Internet site at https://www.sam.gov/. No state level certifications will be accepted. 
An organized site visit will be held on Tuesday, July 8, 2025 at 10:30 a.m EST.
