The contractor shall provide all personnel, management, and oversight necessary to perform non-personal EFMP Respite Care Services as defined in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Core requirements include comprehensive program management, family intake and assessment, matching qualified care providers with families, and the direct delivery of safe, reliable, and compliant respite care services to eligible Exceptional Family Members (EFMs).
