    This is a Sources Sought Notice for market research purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation or a commitment by the Department of War (DoW). No contract will be awarded solely on the basis of the responses hereto. The Government is conducting market research to identify potential Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) capable of providing post Battalion Command Exit Interviews. The purpose of this notice is to determine if there is adequate SDVOSB interest and capability to set aside a potential procurement. The U.S Government would require a contractor to design, plan, and deliver pre-interview questionnaires, structured and tailored interviews, and written summaries of the interviews to the unit commander. The contractor shall coordinate meeting space, supporting services. The performance Location would be in or around Fort Bragg NC. Performance location must be suitable for discussions containing classified information. The venue for interviews must be capable of secure communication utilizing SiPR (Secret Internet Protocol Router Network). Interested SDVOSB firms must submit a capability statement that demonstrates their ability to perform the work described. The statement should include: Company Information: Name, address, Unique Entity Identifier (UEI), CAGE Code, and contact information. Business Size and Status: Verification of SDVOSB status in the System for Award Management (SAM) and the Small Business Administration (SBA) VetCert database. Past Performance: A list of at least three similar examples completed within the last five to seven years. Include project name, owner, contact information, dollar value, and a brief description of the work performed. Responses are due by 25 February 1200 PM Eastern Standard Time and must be submitted electronically to joseph.f.ray.mil@socom.mil. This is not a request for proposals. The Government will not pay for any information submitted in response to this notice. Responding to this notice does not guarantee inclusion in any future solicitation. No materials submitted in response to this search will be returned nor paid for by the Agency.
