    Expression of Interest Architectural and Engineering (AE) Services The United States Embassy in Harare, Zimbabwe seeks the services of a qualified Architectural and Engineering firm for project development, design, project supervision and engineering services for multiple construction projects in Harare, Zimbabwe. Interested AE firms must submit the following: Fully completed SF330 (available via https://www.gsa.gov/reference/forms/architectengineer-qualifications) Detailed company or business profile Full set of company registration documents, including certificates and licenses, and active registration with the Engineering Council of Zimbabwe (ECZ) Evidence of tax compliance Two years of certified financial reports (audited if available) Experience showing significant past projects, including residential, commercial, and master planning Current resource capability Evidence of personnel capacity to accomplish the work Proof of active Sam.gov registration Other critical factors in the selection will include: Responsiveness of the proposal to this expression of interest Description of approach to the services Relevant past project experience Qualifications of the responding individuals or companies and their principal assigned staff Readiness to undertake required services Ability to execute acceptable written contracts The Embassy will select for negotiation the licensed firm that demonstrates the best qualifications and meets the above requirements.
