Description

7 CONS, Dyess AFB has a requirement for re-painting of F-111A Aardvark and F-104A Starfighter static displays.

E-mail is the required method for offer submission. The Contracting Specialist or Officer will send a confirmation email once your quote is received. If you do not receive a confirmation email, the Government did not receive your quote.

Your offer shall include but is not limited to the following:
Complete (must be signed) Page 2 of RFQ (or contractor equivalent*) and Technical plan and equipment specifications
*The offeror is not required to use Page 2 of this RFQ; however, if you chose not to use it, all of the information on Page 2 must be included in your offer.

Site Visit: An optional site visit will be held on Monday, 21 July 2025 at 9:00 AM (CST). Vendors who wish to attend must arrive at the Visitor Center at the front gate of Dyess AFB by 8:30 AM.To confirm attendance, please send an email to illya.shkrebtiy.1@us.af.mil.

Deadline for questions: Please submit questions to the email address, illya.shkrebtiy.1@us.af.mil. NLT 22 July 2025 10:00 a.m. (CST). An amendment will be issued answering all questions received.

Deadline for receipt of offers: 28 July 2025, 10:00 AM (CST). All quotes can be emailed to illya.shkrebtiy.1@us.af.mil and taylor.norris@us.af.mil.

Amendment 00001:
1.   Extend solicitation date by 7 calendar days from 21 July to 28 July 2025.
2.   Change the site visit date from 14 July to 21 July 2025.
3.   Change the questions deadline from 15 July to 22 July 2025.

Amendment 00002:
1. Attach Questions and Answers document.
2. Attach pictures of F-111A Aardvark and F-104A Starfighter static displays from site visit.
