THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION.  THIS IS A SYNOPSIS ONLY.  THIS A SOLE SOURCE REQUIREMENT FOR L3 HARRIS TECHNOLOGIES Under the contemplated contract, L3Harris will, in conjunction with the Government, participate in a Gap Analysis team and participate in Technical Interchange Meetings (TIM) to identify requirements, tasks, data, deliverables, and infrastructure required for the Air Force Sustainment (AFSC) Software (SW) Directorate to establish software sustainment capability for the F-35 TR-3. L3Harris is the OEM for the needed data. Due to data rights and proprietary information, L3Harris is the only contractor able to fulfill our requirements.   L3Harris shall provide GAP Analysis results, Automatic Testing Equipment (ATE) and Test Program Set (TPS) specifications and support for organic depot capabilities. L3Harris will also participate in weekly Teleconferences with a total of four (4) in person meetings, two in Malabar Florida and two (2) at Robins Air Force Base.
