BLM-CO WRFO SUPPRESSION REPAIR SEEDING

Amendment 0001 is to extend the due date for the solicitation to 03/11/2026, change the POP to 03/16/2026 - 04/20/2026, and to add the following clauses:

The BLM Colorado White River Field Office has a requirement for Suppression Repair Seeding in the Elk fire and Lee fire areas. Please see "A04 SOW WRFO SUPPRESSION REPAIR SEEDING" and the shape files in the attachments for more details.

Basic Contracting Requirements:
1. Active Registration: www.sam.gov/SAM (must have an active profile at the time quote is submitted)
2. Compliance with Section 889 clauses.
3. Invoicing and Payment: www.ipp.gov - 15-day prompt pay after delivery (for small businesses). We can accept and pay partial invoices for accepted deliveries.
4. FAR Part 12 & FAR Part 13
5. Total Small Business Set-Aside for NAICS 115310 - Support Activities for Forestry-Forest Fire Suppression $34
6. Type of Contract - Firm Fixed Price - no changes in price.
