    General Intention: The intention of this purchase order is to obtain janitorial, custodial, and maintenance services for Devils Gate Recreation Site by means of a firm fixed-price contract.

    General Requirements: The Contractor shall provide all labor, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to provide the cleaning and maintenance of recreation area sites in accordance with this performance work statement.
