F--TREE THINNING AND PILING SERVICES, OREGON CAVES NM

This is an amendment to a previously synopsized requirement for the National Park Service, The National Park Service, Oregon Caves National Monument and Preserve, for tree thinning and piling services

The purpose of this Amendment no. 02 is to provide all interested parties with information about an organized site visit that was originally not scheduled but is now scheduled to occur on May 8th (see details below and in Attachment 1, Revision 2), and to extend the solicitation response date.

ORGANIZED SITE VISIT. It was determined that an organized site visit will happen. While attendance at the site visit is not required, all prospective quoters are urged to inspect the site of the work prior to preparing a response to this solicitation. A Site Visit is scheduled for 11am PDT on May 8, 2026. Leading the site walk will be Scott Wickham, project manager/Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). Interested parties shall meet at the Oregon Caves Visitor Center main parking lot/picnic area. Latitude and Longitude are: 42 degrees 6.043'N, 123 degree 24.792' W. RESPONSE DATE EXTENDED. The response date is extended, changed from 3pm PDT on 5/14/26 to 3pm PDT on 5/21/26.

REVISED ATTACHMENT 1. Solicitation Attachment 1, Terms Clauses and Provisions, had to be changed to update Section III List of Attachments, to incorporate the revision for Amendment 2, and also updated Section IV Solicitation Provisions, C Site Visit Info to add the organized site visit information. Quoters shall replace Revision 1 dated 4/17/26 with Revision 2 dated 4/21/26.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF AMENDMENTS: For each Amendment, fill in boxes 15a through 15c on the Standard Form 30 (SF-30) amendment forms and submit with quote. Acknowledging amendments is important because it confirms the Quoter's understanding of the complete solicitation package, as originally posted and as amended.
