Diversity Fiber Connecting ITB 700 to Hangar 5 / Bldg. 404 Dobbins Air Reserve Base has a requirement to Furnish, Install and Test (EFI and T) two 12-strand Single Mode (SM) Fiber Optic Cables (FOC) from Information Transfer Building (ITB) 700 to Hangar 5 and Bldg 404 at Dobbins ARB, GA. This requirement is 100 % set-aside for Small Business. Set-aside is in accordance with FAR 19.502-2.Work consists of but is not limited to provide all equipment, tools, materials, supplies, transportation, labor, supervision, management, and other incidentals necessary to meet this requirement. The Contractor shall comply with the current TIA telecommunication installation and testing commercial standard and base installation standards. All equipment, supplies, and materials provided shall be new and not refurbished.Attachment 1 SOO is Restricted and will be available at SAM.GOV by request. To be granted access to this Solicitation, Offeror must have completed the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) assessment and uploaded it to Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS). Your entity NIST assessments must be documented in SPRS an must be current (date of assessment must not be older than 3 years). See the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation System (DFARS), section 252.204-7019 and 252.204-7020
