FABRICATION, SUPPLY, ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION OF MEZZANINE FLOOR IN SPX.

Enclosed is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for 19TC1225Q0013 – Fabrication, Supply,
Assembly and Installation of Mezzanine Floor in SPX at U.S. Consulate General, Dubai-UAE.
If you would like to submit quotation, follow the instructions in Section L of the solicitation,
complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on
the Standard Form SF1442 that follows this letter.
The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company
submitting a technically acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a
contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we
may hold discussions with c1ompanies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
A site survey will be held at U.S. Consulate General, Dubai at 10:00 AM (local time) on
Monday May 12, 2025. Interested bidders shall provide following details of their representative
to DubaiGSOProcurement@state.gov by 03:00 PM (local time) Thursday May 08, 2025.

Attendance is limited to only two persons per company.
Last date of receipt of the questions is 11:00 AM (local time) on Wednesday, May 14,
2025. Quotations are due by 03:00 PM (local time) on Tuesday May 20, 2025. No quotations
will be accepted after this time. Quotations must be in English and incomplete quotations
will not be accepted.

Your Quotation must be submitted electronically to DubaiGSOProcurement@state.gov. It is
important to make sure the submission is made in specific size and format; in MSWord
2007/2010 or MS-Excel 2007/2010 or Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file format. The file size
must not exceed 30MB. If the file size should exceed the 30MB, the submission must be made
in separate files and attached to separate emails with less than 30MB each. Hard copies of
quotations and links to quotations are not acceptable and shall not be considered for the
evaluation process.
