    Description

    In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No other Supplies or Services will satisfy agency requirement. U.S. Customs and Border Protection intends to negotiate a Sole Source Award with CLEARVIEW AI, INC., 901 N Glebe RD # 5, Arlington, VA 22203-1853 for fifteen (15) Clearview AI software licenses to support USBP INTEL – NTC agents and analysts. The contractor shall provide technical support, codes for fixes, access to product documentation, and any updates required to carry out that task, and to comply with the statement of work. The period of performance for this requirement shall be a 30-day delivery period for the licenses and for a 12-month base period from September 30, 2026 to September 29, 2027. The NAICS code for this procurement is 541519, small business size standard is $34M. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations. No solicitation will be made available.
