Synopsis/Solicitation

**This solicitation is amended to upated the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation and Attachment 1 - Instructions to Offerors to:

1. Correct "seed project" to "example project;"

2. Require the use of the Attachment B - Price Spreadsheet (or information therein) and;

3. To clarify the labor rate category the government is requiring for the Base Year and two following Option Years is for the facilitator. 

Changes to the Combined Synopsis/Solicitations Amend 0001, in red, are located on Page 1, Page 2, and Page 50. Changes to the Instruction for Offerors Amend 0001, in red, are on Pages 1 and 2. Attachment B has been added to the Attachments Section.

The submittal due date is NOT being extended.**

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Portland District (NWP) has a professional service requirement for facilitated partnering services. This acquisition is to procure the technical and administrative services to prepare and facilitate group partnering workshops and to assist government personnel in developing expertise to plan and facilitate informal team led sessions. This is a total small business set-aside.

NWP contemplates the award of a firm fixed-price (FFP) indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) single award task order contract (SATOC) with a total contract capacity of $999,999 and a minimum guarantee of $2,500.

PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The ordering period will be a base period of one-year with two one-year option periods.
