    UPDATE 2: One-on-One Sessions Fully Booked – Day 1 General Attendance Still Open

    Due to an exceptional volume of responses, all available one-on-one session time slots for Days Two, Three, and Four (January 14–16, 2026) have been fully booked.

    1. One-on-One Registration Closed:
    Effective immediately, the Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) is no longer accepting registration forms for individual vendor presentations or one-on-one sessions.

    2. Day One General Attendance Remains Open:
    Industry partners are still highly encouraged to attend Day One (January 13, 2026). This session includes general presentations, requirement overviews, and Q&A sessions for all listed trades.

    3. RSVP for Day One:
    If you wish to attend the Day One presentations only, please submit the attached registration form no later than Friday, December 19, 2025, at 4:00 PM EST. Please ensure your form clearly indicates you are attending the "Day One General Session" only.

    UPDATE 1: Revised RSVP Deadline and Extension of Event Dates:

    Due to the overwhelming interest and a high volume of responses from industry partners, the FBOP is amending the registration deadline and extending the event schedule to accommodate additional participants. 

    1. Accelerated RSVP Deadline:
    The deadline for all registration forms has been moved forward. RSVPs must now be submitted no later than Friday, December 19, 2025, at 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST).

    2. Extension of Event Schedule:
    To ensure all interested parties have the opportunity to engage with the BOP, an additional half-day has been added to the schedule for vendor presentations and one-on-one sessions. The updated schedule is as follows:

    • Day One (Jan 13): General Presentations and Q&A (8:30 AM – 3:30 PM)
    • Days Two and Three (Jan 14–15): Industry One-on-One Sessions (Full Days)
    • Day Four (Jan 16) [ADDED]: Additional Vendor Presentations and One-on-One Sessions (7:30 AM – 12:00 PM)

    The Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP), Facilities Management Branch, will host an in-person Industry Day on January 13–16, 2026, in Washington, D.C. This no-cost event is open to all industry partners with capabilities in supporting critical facilities construction and maintenance, including but not limited to:

    •             Roofing
    •             Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (M.E.P.) trades
    •             Boiler/Chiller services
    •             Fire Alarm and Sprinkler systems
    •             Security electronics
    •             General construction services

    Day One (January 13, 2026) – 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM EST:

    •             8:30 – 9:30: Welcome and Introductions

    •             10:30 – 11:30: General Construction Requirements Presentation and Q&A
    •             11:30 – 12:30: Lunch (not provided by the BOP)
    •             12:30 – 1:30: M.E.P. Requirements Presentation and Q&A
    •             1:30 – 2:30: Roofing Requirements Presentation and Q&A
    •             2:30 – 3:00: Utility Requirements Presentation and Q&A
    •             3:00 – 3:30: Closing Remarks

    Days Two,Three, and Four (January 14–16, 2026):

    Dedicated to 15-minute industry one-on-one sessions. Interested firms will have the opportunity to showcase their capabilities and openly discuss any questions, comments, concerns, and best practices they have directly with BOP representatives

    •             Please indicate whether you are requesting a one-on-one slot in your RSVP.
    •             Confirmation and additional logistical information will be provided to registered attendees.

There is no commitment by the Government to issue solicitation, make awards, or pay for respondent's expenditures made in response to this notice. Interested vendors are responsible for monitoring this notice for any subsequent amendments.
