This will include the lawful pickup/removal/disposal of supermarket animal and fish by products, fats and bones, chicken, pork, beef, lunch meat fish, sausages and used chicken oil and kitchen grease. These services will be provided by qualified contractors in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) and with contract terms and conditions. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 311613, Rendering and Meat By-Product Processing, with a Small Business Size Standard of 750 employees.
