DeCA has a need for Fats and Bones/ Oil and Grease Removal Services for eight Commissaries located in the Contiguous United States (CONUS). This will include the lawful pickup/removal/disposal of supermarket animal and fish by products, fats and bones, chicken, pork, beef, lunch meat fish, sausages and used chicken oil and kitchen grease. Two stores will receive fats and bones removal services only. Six stores will receive the combination of fats and bones and oil and grease removal services. These services will be provided by qualified contractors in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) and with contract terms and conditions.
