FREEZER STORAGE - Provide and maintain operable service on off-site freezer storage. Storage must always maintain a minimum temperature of zero degrees. Failure to maintain correct freezer storage temperatures could result in a loss of product at the contractor's expense. Storage should be sufficient to store up to 100 pallets. Cost must be itemized for the following: storage cost per pallet per month, pick-up fee, delivery fees, freight and handling fees. A weekly inventory will be provided to FCC Butner of all products stored at the off-site freezer storage facility. PICK-UP/DELIVERIES - Contractor must provide pick-up from FCC Butner to the off-site freezer storage facility and/or delivery from the off-site freezer storage facility to FCC Butner within 48 hours of notification. Pick-up and deliveries will be made with a freezer trailer maintained at a minimum temperature of zero degrees.
