FCC YAZOO CITY - FY 2026 PASSENGER BUS TRANSPORTATION SERVICES (BUS TICKETS)

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex, Yazoo City,Mississippi, intends to award a sole source purchase order under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1 – Only One ResponsibleSource, to Greyhound Bus Lines, 350 N. St. Paul, Dallas, TX 75201-4285, for the provision of transporting inmates upon their release from our facility to various cities throughout the United States.

This notice is neither a request for quotation nor a solicitation of offers as no solicitation documents are available. Based on the requirements, the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source ona full and open competitive basis upon receipt of responses to this notice. This notice is solely within the discretion of theGovernment. No formal request for quotation package is available.
