    Solicitation

    The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) is issuing solicitation 15BFA025B00000037 for the award of a firm-fixed-price construction contract for a project entitled Modernize Elevators at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI El Reno), located in El Reno, Oklahoma.

    FCI El Reno is a federal correctional facility located at 4205 Highway 66 West, El Reno, OK 73036.  The project consists of the following: 

    The intent of this project is to provide all parts, materials and services to complete the modernization of three elevators.

    The performance period for the project will be 120 Calendar Days from issuance of the notice to proceed.

    The NAICS code for this requirement is 238290 with a corresponding small business size standard of $22 million. Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204, the estimated magnitude of the project lies between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. (NOTE: This range is one of 8 available ranges from FAR 36.204 and is not meant to imply that the project has necessarily been estimated/budgeted to the maximum of the selected range. It merely conveys that the estimate/budget lies somewhere within that range.)
