FDIC'S DIGICERT SUBSCRIPTION MAINTENANCE

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation formally invites you to submit a quote for RFQ# CORHQ-25-Q-0366 FDIC’s Digicert Subscription Maintenance Requirement.  Offerors must utilize the Price Schedule to fill in your pricing for all line items needed. Please provide your most favorable discount to the Government. Any Terms and Conditions, EULA, or MSAs must be sent with your quote to be incorporated in the subsequent contract award, the FDIC prefers Government approved terms. See Attachment M-1 for Evaluation criteria. 

Each submission should have these components (preferably separated):

1. Price Schedule (REQUIRED) - see attachments
2. Section K of the RFQ – Representation and Certifications (REQUIRED)
3. Reseller/Partner Agreement or Certificate with Digicert (REQUIRED) 
4. Pre-Award SCRM Information – (REQUIRED) - See attachments
5. EULA or MSAs Or Warranty Terms – Any terms and conditions (If Applicable)

Questions are due by 12:00PM EST on September 22, 2025. All quotes are due by 12:00PM EST on October 9, 2025.
