FECAL IMMUNOCHEMICAL TEST (FIT) MAILING SERVICE

This notice constitutes the required post award Justification and Authorization posting IAW FAR 13.501(a)(iii). A sole source, Firm Fixed Price Blanket Purchase Agreement with a Five-Year ordering period was awarded to Polymedco Cancer Diagnostic Products LLC. for support to the Fecal Immunochemical Test (FIT) kit mailing program. The BPA is established for the repetitive purchases of FIT collection kits, and the instrumentation, reagents, consumables for processing approximately 70,000 FIT kits annually, and equipment support for the WPELs, Polymedco OC-Auto Sensor Diana Fecal Immunochemical Test (FIT) kit analyzer. The applicable Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 334516 – Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing; with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. The Product Service Code (PSC) is 6550 – In Vitro Diagnostic Substances, Reagents, Test Kits and Sets.
