FED EX SHIPPING SERVICES

Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Huachuca Division, intends to award a noncompetitive sole source contract to Federal Express Corporation; 3610 Hacks Cross Rd, Memphis TN 38125 to provide FedEx Shipping Services for CONUS and OCONUS for United States domestic and international oversea services for Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM) Office located at Fort Huachuca, AZ.

The statutory authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(d)(1)(B), as implemented by FAR 13.106-1 (b), Soliciting from a single source (1) for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold.  

The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 492110.

This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotations; nor will a solicitation be issued for this requirement. Any responses or inquiries to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that competition will be advantageous to the Government. The Government will not pay for information submitted. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement action, based on responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
