    RFP N6449825R0521 has been amended per atachement "Solication Amenendment N6449825R05210002 SF 30 and N6449825R05210003 SF 30". The offer due date is hereby extended to 14 November 2025 at 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.

    The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) will be installing a GE LM2500+G4 Gas Turbine, referred to as the “Gas Turbine”, in an open bay inside a building in support of a Land Based Engineering Site (LBES).

    SCOPE OF WORK

    NSWCPD requires the design, procurement, fabrication, and delivery of Air Intake (Combustion and Cooling) Systems, an Exhaust System, and a Filter House filtration system to ensure proper, safe, and environmentally compliant operation of the Gas Turbine in the typical Philadelphia, PA regional climate or inclement weather.

    The Contractor shall design, fabricate, and deliver the Air Intake and Exhaust Systems listed in Table 1 below.  Section 3.0 of this Statement of Work (SOW) outlines the specific operational capabilities and requirements for each System to be procured under this contract.
