FIBER OPTIC INSTALL ON THE APACHE-SITGREAVES, NF

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number 127EAX26Q0005 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for upgrading telecommunications infrastructure at ten sites on the Apache-Sitgreaves National Forests in Eastern Arizona. The project is located on the Alpine, Black Mesa, Clifton, Lakeside, & Springerville Ranger District. (6) Sites require Cat 6 cabling for future Wireless Access Points (WAP), (5) sites require fiber optic cable to extend the network to other buildings, (4) sites have a single small building without any prior IT infrastructure that requires secure housing for network equipment and associated IT infrastructure.

This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 238210, Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors. The small business size standard is $19M. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
