FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT

This is a Solicitation for a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the Office of the Comptroller of Currency (OCC) Financial Management (FM) system.  OCC is in need of a Contractor to perform services to its FM Systems which includes the core financial management system, $MART, which supports OCC’s operations.  $MART includes Oracle PeopleSoft modules for General Ledgers, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Asset Management and Commitment Control to include the repair, design, development or update of existing and new interfaces, or custom system functionality.  The financial management system also interfaces with other systems organizations such as PRISM, Citibank’s CitiDirect System, Invoice Processing Platform (IPP), National Finance Center (NFC), System for Award Management (SAM), US Bank, and Pay.gov. The solicitation number for this RFQ is 2031JW25Q00002. The OCC anticipates conducting a competition under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12 and 13. This will be a Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code is 541519 Other Computer Related Service. The size standard is $15 Million.  The OCC intends to award a firm fixed-priced contract. The contract will include a base year and four option years. All responsible small business sources may submit a quote, in accordance with the solicitation, which shall be considered by the OCC.
