For hard copy versions the Contractor will provide cards and mail completed cards to the address associated with the applicable DHA Submitting Office Number. The NAICS for this requirement is 561611 - Investigation and Personal Background Check Services, with a size standard of $25 Million. This notice is provided in accordance with FAR Subpart 5.201. Award will be for a base 12-month period and include the potential of four (4) 12-month option periods. Quote evaluation will be based on the best value to the government, considering technical, past performance and price factors.
