FIRE SYSTEM INSPECTION SERVICE

THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT FOR REQUEST FOR QUOTE.

(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

(ii) The solicitation number is 140P6425Q0100 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).

(iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-04.

(iv) This requirement is set-aside for Total Small Businesses. The associated NAICS code is 561621 and the small business size standard is $25.0M.

(v) Please see the attached Price Schedule for a list of line-item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure (including options).

(vi) Fort Scott National Historic Site, a unit of the National Park Service is seeking Fire System Inspection Service in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. This will be a firm-fixed price contract expected to be awarded to a prime contractor in or around August 2025. Service Contract Act (SCA) Wage Determinations for Bourbon County, KS will apply.

(vii) Period of performance will be from September 1, 2025 to August 31, 2026, with government option to exercise up to four additional option years. Work will take place throughout Fort Scott National Historic Site.
