    Description

    Amendment #1:  The purpouse of this amendment is to update the request type.   When submitting  quote please use FA302225Q0004 documenting.

    The contractor shall provide all management, labor, equipment,  transportation, tools, materials and  other items necessary to perform 24/7 Monitoring, Maintenance, and Repair of the First-In Alerting System as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS).

    Period of Performance: 12 month base year with 4 option years:
    Base Year  1 October 2025 - 30 September 2026
    Option 1    1 October 2026 - 30 September 2027
    Option 2    1 October 2027 - 30 September 2028
    Option 3    1 October 2028 - 30 September 2029
    Option 4    1 October 2029 - 30 September 2030

    The contractor must be an authorized dealer of the WESTNET system.
