    Provide training platform LONGLINE FISHING VESSEL for US COAST GUARD mock boardings. Point of Contact (POC) for Project:   Primary Contact is: LCDR Matt Guanci (907) 738-2770, Matthew.M.Guanci@uscg.mil (email preferred) Contracting Officer is: SKCS Justin Hinkle (808- 842-2822, Justin.N.Hinkle@uscg.mil (email preferred) Service shall take place September 18-19, 2024 LOCATION OF PROJECT: Honolulu Harbor 2.0 SCOPE OF WORK: 2.1 The work shall include but not limited to the following: 2.1.1 18 September 2024 0800-1600 fishing vessel will be utilized as a training platform for US Coast Guard for mock boardings pier side.  The Captain/Master of the vessel will have the vessel moored in with an appropriate pier that can be accessed by the USCG near pier 38.  2.1.2 19 September 2024 0800-1200 fishing vessel will be utilized as a training platform for US Coast Guard for mock boardings where teams will arrive via small boat.  The Captain/Master of the vessel will have the vessel moored in with an appropriate pier that can be accessed via the water by the USCG near pier 38.
