The Captain/Master of the vessel will have the vessel moored in with an appropriate pier that can be accessed by the USCG near pier 38. 2.1.2 19 September 2024 0800-1200 fishing vessel will be utilized as a training platform for US Coast Guard for mock boardings where teams will arrive via small boat. The Captain/Master of the vessel will have the vessel moored in with an appropriate pier that can be accessed via the water by the USCG near pier 38.
