FITNESS EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; this is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The contractor shall provide the technical expertise necessary to conduct preventive maintenance and repair services for exercise equipment at 316th Force Support Squadron Fitness Centers located at West Tactical Fitness Center building 1444 & 1445 Concord Ave, Joint Base Andrews, MD and East Fitness Center, 3705 Fetchet Ave, Joint Base Andrews, MD as set forth in this PWS. Technicians must be equipped and have experience performing maintenance on commercial-grade fitness equipment, to include Life Fitness. The contractor shall ensure technicians assigned to service Life Fitness equipment are certified by Life Fitness to perform maintenance and repairs in accordance with original equipment manufacturer (OEM) standards. Technicians servicing equipment from other manufacturers must demonstrate general technical capability and relevant experience with commercial-grade fitness equipment. Performance shall be in accordance with all applicable laws, standards, instructions, executive orders, commercial practices, and requirements contained in this Performance Work Statement (PWS).
