1. INTRODUCTION
This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.
2. DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUIREMENT
The contractor shall provide the following commercial supplies: Flame retardant Douglas Fir Wooden Shoring in accordance with the ships AEL.

Delivery Location: Delivery is FOB Destination by traceable means to USS ESSEX, Naval Base San Diego. The specific pier USS ESSEX is berthed at will be provided at the time of delivery.
3. PRICING INSTRUCTIONS
Offerors must submit a firm-fixed-price proposal.
The pricing proposal must include a detailed breakdown of all costs, including any shipping and handling charges.
4. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE
The delivery period shall be September 19, 2025 or as soon as possible.
