The objective of this BPA is to provide floating crane services to the Suisun Bay Reserve Fleet (SBRF) for (a) retrieving anchors that are stuck in the mud, and (b) for lifting anchors, chain, and other large, heavy items and pieces of equipment from a barge or ship moored in the anchorage and placing these items on another barge or ship moored in the anchorage.
