    Description
    The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) in conducting a solicitation in accordance with FAR 12.201-1 (c)(2).  The following is a presolicitation notice to the Governmentwide Point of Entry (GPE), as required by FAR 12.201-1 (c)(2)(i).  Content will be consistent with format of FAR 5.101 (c).

    (1) Point of contact.

    The NAICS for this requirement is: 561210 – Facilities Support Services.

    (4) Description

    (i)The Federal Medical Center (FMC) Devens requires water treatment services, including testing and treatment, and in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

    High-level services include:

    • Routine scheduled on site monthly visits.
    • Testing
    • Treatment of water
    • Compliance with all safety, reporting, and documentation requirements

    (ii) The contract will be awarded based on the following evaluation factors:
    Price and Past Performance.

    Anticipated Award Date: September 1, 2026.

    (iv) If technical data required to respond will not be furnished as part of the solicitation, identify where and how prospective offerors can obtain the data.

    The Government intends to make a single award, firm fixed price, contract.
