This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is HT941026Q2008. It is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-06 effective 10/01/2025 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) effective 11/10/2025. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 561720. The size standard is $22 (Millions of Dollars). This solicitation is full and open competition. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions.

Defense Health Agency (DHA) Healthcare Contracting Division – West (HCD-W) requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing the following:

To procure a Firm-Fixed-Priced (FFP), personal services contract. The contractor shall provide qualified personnel, services, materials, equipment, supplies and facilities necessary to perform facilities Custodial Services, Food Waste Collection and Disposal Services and Medical Waste Collection, Transportation and Disposal Services at Commander, Fleet Activities Chinhae (Chinhae, Republic of Korea (ROK)) Medical Clinic BLDG. 502. The Contractor shall comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, including but not limited to those included in Section 6 of the Performance Work Statement (PWS).  The contractor shall perform to the standards in the PWS.
